Hi, I'm Alex! I'm the one at the front desk making sure you and your pets feel at home (but secretly wishing I could take them home!). I've got years of customer service under my belt and now I'm working toward my goal of becoming a veterinary technician. When I'm not here, you will usually find me volunteering at the shelter, studying lecture notes from vet techs school, getting weird looks from my neighbors while taking my cat out for a walk in a stroller, or falling down a rabbit hole of watching scary videos on YouTube. Fun Fact: I may look tough but I will absolutely cry over your pets' birthday photos!
