Meet the Team

Dr. Lauren Barry is a 2007 veterinarian graduate from the University of Liverpool, England.

Dr. Ann Ichikawa brings more than three decades of veterinary experience to our team. A proud graduate of Michigan State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine (Class of 1992), she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their families.

Dr. Rachel Oberschelp is a proud graduate of the University of Glasgow, Scotland with a strong passion for small animal practice and a special interest in feline medicine.

Jill supports our team full time and has a background in pet rehab care. Jill has a senior dog - Cee Cee who is a Catahoula Pit mix. At work she enjoys making connections with our clients to provide the best care for their pets. Fun fact - Jill likes to Karaoke to 80's hair rock bands!

Jamie has been part time with us for several years. She is a licensed Veterinary Nurse Technician (RVT) and loves spoiling her senior dogs Savannah, Gigi, Suzy and new pup to the family - Chauncy. Her dogs have their own social media page.

Heidi has been part of our Baker Ranch Animal Hospital team since 2021, bringing with her a wonderfully diverse career background. She’s cared for wolves at a sanctuary, assisted with animal care at a zoo, and now dedicates her skills to supporting our patients every day.

Bianca is currently studying with Platt College to obtain her Veterinary Technician qualification and as part of this she has to complete a large amount of hours of in clinic practice.

Teresa is one of our two receptionists. She comes with a wealth of experience in this role and having worked with animals for most of her career.
