Dr. Lauren Barry is a 2007 veterinarian graduate from the University of Liverpool, England. Her experience includes general practice, emergency and critical care and as a staff anesthesiologist at The University of Liverpool Small Animal hospital. Making the move "across the pond" to join a large corporate veterinary group in 2011 she has settled into life in Orange County CA with her family. Dr. Barry has two sons in elementary school and 2 dogs named Jenga and Bingo. Dr. Barry's husband Jonny primarily cares for the boys when she is working, but you will also find him making repairs or improvements to Baker Ranch Animal Hospital as he is a skilled handyman with his own business.
Her passion for preventive care veterinary medicine is evident in the lengths she goes to ensure the best care for her animal patients, and to have owners educated on all the treatment options for their family members. She has a loyal client following - which is testament to the relationships she builds with her clients. Come and meet Dr. Barry! |

Veterinary Technician and Nurse Team
Jill RVT - Lead Registered Veterinary Technician - Jill supports our team full time and has a background in pet rehab care. Jill has a senior dog - Cee Cee who is a Catahoula Pit mix and a South American Caique parrot - Birdie at home. At work she enjoys making connections with our clients to provide the best care for their pets. Fun fact - Jill likes to Karaoke to 80's hair rock bands!
Jamie RVT - Registered Veterinary Technician-Jamie has been part time with us for several years. She is a licensed Veterinary Nurse Technician (RVT) and loves spoiling her senior dogs Savannah, Gigi, Suzy and new pup to the family - Chauncy. Her dogs have their own social media page. She loves working with nervous dogs and she has an especially calming way with them. She enjoys all anesthetic procedures at work - as she is very detail oriented.

Sam -Customer Service Representative-Sam is a part time CSR, her history consists of working in doggy daycares and boarding facilities, giving her kind greetings to each patient that walks through our doors. She recently got married this past October and pets sits on her days off. She has a handsome black Labrador named Chase that was the best man in her wedding and she has a new family dog - Domino, who is a staff mix. The best part of her job is meeting all the furry friends. A fun fact is that Sam also has a pet tree frog called "Todaroki" . She also will not buy anything that has been lab tested on animals.
Isaiah -Technician Assistant-Isaiah is new to the veterinary field, every day he is hands on and ready to learn to better ensure your pet is well taken care of. He has a gorgeous Husky/Shepherd mix named Blu who enjoys vocalizing when he comes to see us. The thing he most enjoys at work is learning about and meeting all the different breeds of dogs and cats. Fun fact that Isaiah shared with us - he didn't start riding his bike without training wheels until he was 13yrs old!
Bianca - Technician Assistant - Bianca is currently studying with Platt College to obtain her Veterinary Technician qualification and as part of this she has to complete a large amount of hours of in clinic practice. She works with us part time currently and will move to full time after she has completed her college. She has several dogs in her family including a cute Dachshund/ Maltese terrier mix called Seven and a new Maltese terrier mix called Benji. Bianca enjoys getting to help all the fur babies at work. She is also the queen of "Dad jokes".
Jasmine -Technician Assistant- Jasmine is also studying to obtain her Veterinary Technician qualification. She works with us part time and comes with experience from a variety of different industries. She has a well mannered German Shepherd dog.
