Veterinary Technician and Nurse Team
Jill RVT - Lead Registered Veterinary Technician - Jill supports our team full time and has a background in pet rehab care. She also enjoys making each vet visit low stress and fun for your pet. Jill has a senior dog - Cee Cee and a parrot - Birdy at home - she is also a huge Ducks fan and you will often find her supporting or playing ice hockey.
Carla - Practice Manager- Carla is our queen of all things administrative. She has a wealth of experience in veterinary offices from hands on technician skills to customer service skills from being in the field for nearly 13 years. She will take care of overseeing scheduling, refills, messages, follow up calls and everything in between. She has a beautiful cat named Tony, who is also a feline model for her other job as an animal photographer, and added to her family a cute mixed breed called Kaya who LOVES to come visit us at the clinic. Carla also runs the social media page and knows how to capture your pet in the best light and show that your pets are having a happy time at the clinic.
Heidi RVT- Registered Veterinary Technician - Heidi joined our team in July 2021 - She comes from a background of working at a Wolf rescue group, as well as with other wildlife and zoological centers. Heidi has recently passed her VTNE exam after completing her veterinary technician studies at a local college. She has a beautiful grey long haired cat named Poe and has recently adopted a young pup called Maple. Heidi is also a Spanish speaker.
Jamie RVT - Registered Veterinary Technician-Jamie has been part time with us for several years. She enjoys making each visit as stress free as possible and has a soft spot for the senior pets. She recently passed her exams to become a licensed Veterinary Nurse Technician (RVT) and loves spoiling her 3 senior dogs Savannah Gigi and Suzy, whom have their own social media page.
Ali -Customer Service Representative-Ali is a part time CSR, she is a key person to our phone lines, helping everyone who calls in and her history of working in high volume call hospitals makes her an asset to our team. She has an adorable all black cat named Auggie and a senior dog named Duke.
Sam -Customer Service Representative-Sam is a part time CSR, her history consists of working in doggy daycares and boarding facilities, giving her kind greetings to each patient that walks through our doors. She recently got married this past October and pets sits on her days off. She has a handsome chocolate lab named Chase that was the best man in her wedding.
Isaiah -Technician Assistant-Isaiah is new to the veterinary field, every day he is hands on and ready to learn to better ensure your pet is well taken care of. He has a gorgeous Husky/Shepherd mix named Blu who enjoys vocalizing when he comes to see us.
Jamie N-Technician Assistant-Jamie has a wealth of experience from being in the veterinary field. Her most recent experience was primarily working with the smush face breeds such as bulldogs and frenchies to name a few. She has 2 cats named Lemon and Lilly and 2 dogs named Penny and Bella, she is also planning to obtain her license to become a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Joshua-Technician Assistant -Joshua has been in veterinary medicine for about 10 years. He just welcomed his first new born baby boy named Oliver into his family. He has a quite a collection of animals at home including a Tarantula! (please note - we do not treat arachnids at Baker Ranch Animal Hospital). Joshua also works as a DJ, performing shows all over Southern California.
Megan - Veterinary Technician - Megan works with us part time and LOVES on your kitties. She also has a very handsome German Shepherd called Luke who has progressed through the AKC Canine Good Citizen Training levels. Bianca - Intern Technician - Bianca is currently studying with Platt College to obtain her Veterinary Technician qualification and as part of this she has to complete a large amount of hours of in clinic practice.
